Useful app Though I've not used other apps for pushups I do like the simplicity of its use and the results I've gotten from it in the five months I've followed it. If I'm advancing (gaining strength and endurance) faster than the program is laid out I can advance to the next level at the end of each workout very easily. It's sets and reps programming works for me personally and I've never made many gains from doing push-ups throughout the day. This is five sets every day and I can recover easily and make steady gains.
Simple but effective It seems almost silly, by this app has really helped me. I struggled to do a set of just 3 push-ups when I started this app two months ago. I just took the test for lvl 3 to 4, and I did a set of 28 in a row before my arms gave out. Still plenty of work to do, but the improvement is amazing. There's even a subtle but noticeable improvement in my physique. The key is that the app does a great job of presenting tough but doable training and reminds me to do them.

Great practice for limited time UI could be a little clearer as far as navigating options. Once your max pushups is entered, it curtails practice on following workouts according to that. I like the reminder option which is good for me on days I didn't work out on, but have the 5 minutes for the pushup app.
Almost perfect I think this is a great app! It's very easy to use and it all works as it's supposed to. The only thing that could make it all beter would be if restdays could become part of the routine. But if you want to skip, you can just go ahead and skip, so not enough of a problem to actually give it a star less. I definitely recommend this!
Awesome app The basic idea behind the app is very unique, but really depends on the hardware of your phone. If your phone can't detect faces, or it doesn't have any additional sensors on the front, this app won't be very good for you. However, if your phone has the sensors necessary to use this app, then the workout regimen is great, and it's about 98% accurate. I'd suggest trying it out for a bit to see if it works well woth your phone, and just uninstall it if it doesn't.
