This app is so much effective to my body, I started using this 1 week before, and I'm seeing results. I'm beginning to be more active and less insecure. Try this app, it'll make you do as much as you can at first to level where you are and will set a routine to show where you can begin. Also the best part about this app is that it gives you reminders when to workout and it will let you know if you missed a workout. And will keep record of where you are. Give this app a try. This app is so beneficial, because, instead of going to the gym, you exercise right at home. This app can take you to higher hights, you never been to. This can improve your muscle mass and this can make you feel confident about your body. I advise who ever uses the app, if you start, don't stop keep. Just keep going.
The app is amazing but it has a small problem. It counts push-ups when you touch the screen and that makes the posture wrong. So I'm hoping to get an update which uses proximity sensor for the same.

This app Great for keeping track of your training. However I did notice whenever I hit the 100 mark, I cannot see the whole number in its entirety.
Works well, like the home screen widget and progress chart but the ads are becoming more and intrusive. I understand it's a free app but still.
