perfect app except one thing. you can still open reel by long push on them on recommendation page. but honestly I've been using the app for quite long and even if this long push button abuse works it's still not the same as scrolling and i get out of Instagram pretty quick and on other platforms there's no such thing. so 10/10 my life quality got better and I'm finally watching long videos that I've been procrastinating and playing games

It works peroodically. sometimes it stops working for no reason. I force stop and re-start, or even un-install and reinstall. today even reinstall didn't get it working. It also prevents me from opening longer videos on Facebook. So I can watch them on auto-play, but I can't fully open them in order to fast forward or skip back a bit, if I want to. Not unless I deactivate scroll stop first.

works really well for YouTube and Instagram reels! doesn't stop the Instagram home page though so I use in conjunction with wall habit. if you want to stop doom scrolling download this now.
