App forced me to update mid shift while I was trying to write report, the updated app version caused the app to be non functional. Also, this app is just enabling bad business practices by allowing managers to delegate functions of their company to a third party automated system that is notorious for failure. At least this is the case with my current employer.

Crashes continuously. Drains phone battery. Barely more than useless. Do not install this one. Find another app that is functional. The devs say they fixed the bugs with updates but it's important in the security business to keep your eyes on your client and their interests. You can't do that while your fighting an application.

It's better than silvertrac, but it sucks down the battery life at an unbelievable rate. You really need to fix the battery issue, bc if you don't, I'm gonna go spend a couple hundred bucks on a prepaid smart phone to use at work, & use it on their wifi. This is ridiculous. I have to charge my phone while I'm at work, I can't even work a single 13 hr shift w/o charging it. The client & their employees think we are just staying on our phones & not doing our jobs. Last update is glitchy
