Ratings and reviews

Why can't the video player do what every other player does and cover the navigation and notification bars? It's extremely distracting from every single show. Also, despite paying for Ultra Boost, I still have to sit through unskippable 15-80 second "promos" if I watch certain shows. What's the point of paying and still getting ads? However, I can now usually scroll through episodes.

Honestly, I think Now TV is a bit of a rip off and will probably cancel soon. you have to pay extra for everything - movies, reality shows etc. I can see why you'd charge more for sport but reality tv is still just tv and movie selection isn't worth the cost and to add insult to injury, they not only charge you for everything but still make you watch ads. Not a great service.

1) App doesn't track shows you've watched so you have to type it in everytime 2) ridiculous ads at the start of episodes. 3) outdated video player that doesn't let you change resolution. Basic quality of life features all services provide that somehow have stumped the developers.
