I have been with this bank for so long now I don't even remember the exact amount of years. Every time I try to log in its tells me they are experiencing technical difficulties and to try again later, but then it comes across my phone that I successfully logged into my account. I've reinstalled and still the same. Please get this fixed!!

I hate this app! I can't login or get Insta Balance. It's like the app is frozen. I've tried restarting my phone & uninstalling & reinstalling the app w/ no change. This has become a piece of garbage! When you try emailing the email listed above the email just returns to you saying that it was undeliverable, wonderful customer service really! They need to fix this piece of garbage so I can check my balance & pay bills! Technical support do your jobs! I'm absolutely vexed & disappointed!

great mobile banking app! I do wish I could do everything in the app that I can do on the website from a PC, especially within the bill pay section -- like setting up recurrent payments, etc. The app is limited in comparison to logging into the website on a computer.
