absolutely the worst experience I got from this app. The first thing is that the norms were not mentioned properly. it was not informed that monthly we would have to pay 5.90 rupees charge . and the second thing is that I cannot reach the bank. the address which I've put on the bank wasn't printed properly. there was a mistake . I'm trying to call the customer care they are not available. and last but not the least the procedure to delete the account aren't stated properly.

I have contacted customer support and tried to get the issue resolved, but there is no proper response and no effective customer support. Terrible customer service & useless automated replies The app is fine, but the banking service is awful. My account was frozen without any valid reason or prior warning. Their customer care is completely unresponsive—phone calls never go through, and emails only receive useless automated replies with zero real help or resolution. Having your own money blocked with nobody to talk to is unacceptable. Highly disappointed
