Ratings and reviews

I have used many savings accounts and mobile banking applications, but NSDL is one of the worst apps I have experienced. The app lacks proper customer support, and there is no clear contact or help option available. I opened this account just two or three days ago. Initially, everything seemed fine, but when I tried to deposit or withdraw money, the transactions failed repeatedly. The app shows transaction errors, and withdrawals do not get processed at all.Other banking apps work smoothly.

everything was good until they froze my debit, and I can't make any payments and all without any prior notice or any reasons they can give. I tried calling the customer care, but they don't pick up calls. It says busy all the time i diled more than a hundred times. I emailed, and they don't respond to anything. in my opinion, they might be totally running a fake app because of how they treat their customers without any proper care and importance
