Ratings and reviews

Please add the Buy Now price so we can see it right away without having to click "Bid Now" on every vehicle. All other auction platforms display the Buy Now price on the listing page, but OpenLane does not. This is a basic feature that should be easy to implement and should be displayed prominently.

Update 2026-04-03: Keep pushing the users away! One more reason to use eblock. Another update/revamp, another feature gone. Can no longer share vehicle info with customers unless one pays another $699/month subscription. Update 2023-06-27: Perhaps not surprising, corporate greed strikes again. Market research, which was a great feature of the Traderev app, is now a $149/month "service" on top of the usual buy/sell fees. Way to go Adesa!

The absolute worst app. Horrible to use...logging in is a pain...keeps sending you in loops. "Remember Me" function doesn't do anything. The search function is terrible and inaccurate...you can't even find cars that you know are there without playing tricks with the app. We have went from regular buying and selling to none at all because of how terrible this app is. Whoever designed this should be fired and never let near a computer again.
