Tried signing up for nudge plus because I was feeling adventurous. I didnt see any perks of having nudge plus. I never ended up using it, so I tried to cancel my membership 5 times. The payment still tried coming out of my account. Luckily, I locked it when it was not in use. Unfortunately, I forgot to lock it after work the other night and was still charged. And now im unable to contact anyone for a refund, it's been 5 days since my first original contact.

I was doing onboarding and the app crashed, doesn't seem to be a way to resume progress or know which steps were left. Loading contacts is really slow, that's what I was doing when the app crashed. I like the idea and the text service, app just needs some work. Edit: it takes so much longer to load the video in the app vs the browser but the browser video wants you to finish watching in the app. User unfriendly choice. edit: 2nd try. I'm clicking and absolutely nothing is happening. oof

I love the idea of this app and it seems cool, but the app is terrible. 87% of the time when I open the app, it doesn't respond to any screen touches/interactions so it's essentially non functional till I open a nudge link from my text messages. Not to mention the subscription pay wall to actually make this of any use. I would rather it be supported by ads than be prompted to subscribe for anything ESPECIALLY when the app, doesn't even work well.
