Tried signing up for nudge plus because I was feeling adventurous. I didnt see any perks of having nudge plus. I never ended up using it, so I tried to cancel my membership 5 times. The payment still tried coming out of my account. Luckily, I locked it when it was not in use. Unfortunately, I forgot to lock it after work the other night and was still charged. And now im unable to contact anyone for a refund, it's been 5 days since my first original contact.

I've had this app for a long time now, and Nudge has really deteriorated. Before, I was able to scroll through the different plans and even get custom tailored plans. Also, most of them were free. Now, most of the plans, even the ones I previously saved, are under Nudge Plus. Even a good majority of the text messages are about Nudge Plus. Like one review said, many of the recent Nudges involved drinking, which I avoid. What happened to the cute, fun, and CHEAP dates?

It is very difficult to get a refund. Doesn't send you any notifications before charging after the free trial and make it very difficult to even get to the request also you have to do it within 14 days. They also ask a "receipt" for refund but they never send one to your email. I guess I will receive it after the 14 day mark, I used bank tx. For fellow users trying for a refund, it's in support and will open a Google form, copy the link and open in your browser as it keeps closing when uploading
