For the first time, a solution on the smartphone combines effective sleep therapy with high-precision sleep analysis based on biological sensor data. Nukkuaa is based on years of research at the University of Salzburg, relies on current scientific findings and is designed to solve sleep problems effectively and sustainably.


1. Suitable for you: According to the information you gave at the beginning of the program, you will receive a training program that is tailored to your needs. With just ten minutes of sleep training a day, you can sustainably improve your sleep quality. Even small changes, tailored to individual problems and goals, can make a big difference.

2. Sleep training, information and exercises: Relax with audio exercises to optimally prepare your body and mind for sleep. Check out blogs and videos to brush up on your sleep knowledge, because knowledge can directly affect sleep patterns.

3. Sleep analysis: To get to the bottom of sleep problems, you have to take a close look at sleep. Write down how you slept in a journal. If you put on a heart sensor and wear it to sleep, a modern algorithm enables a scientific and accurate sleep analysis - almost as detailed as in a sleep laboratory. Nukkuaa gives you feedback every morning and displays the results.

4. Your companion: The sleep coaches Prof. Manuel Schabus and Dr. Christine Blume looks after you virtually and, depending on how you sleep and what the data shows, will be at your side with advice via a chat. You determine the pace on the way to healthy sleep.


Unlike traditional sleep labs where there are long wait times, Nukkuaa is available to anyone, anytime via smartphone. Another big advantage: In normal sleep laboratories, sleep can usually only be measured in a single night. However, patients often want to know how their sleep improves over the course of the therapy. Therefore, it is helpful to regularly check progress through an objective sleep analysis. At Nukkuaa, we do this with data that sensors collect over the course of the night. An innovative algorithm evaluates them the next morning. The algorithm achieves the highest accuracy in this field and makes Nukkuaa a real advancement.
