The app worked fine on the first day and the whole process went on ok. However, the next day, the PIN to my room is no longer shown on the app. I reached out to support and they were able to help provide the PIN in about 5 minutes BUT they were unable to explain the bug. This proves the point that in the process to invent an unnecessary solution, they ended up creating another by not having a front desk. Not everybody will be tech savvy or lucky to understand how to recover a missing PIN.

overall,the apartment was really amazing I love every single moment I spent there .the area is well accessible,very close to the train and bus stop and the Shopping mall.the environment is very quiet and lastly the Customer service was top notch.anything I need they respond to me very fast and asap. it was my first time in Germany but trust me,I felt at home. Numa is a place to be !!

This app is a nightmare. If it's fails to work for any reason you got stranded outside and receive no help, just the repeated messages from the hotel to try again. thanks for ruining my Easter in Berlin...
