The overall idea is really good, and the hotel (yes I've tried it) is good value for the money. I really like the fact that you have members discounts and can check in whenever. The rooms are fresh as well. But the app. The slowest app ever created. I do not understand why it is so slow. And the map in the booking is just the most annoying map to use that ever was created. There is no reason to have two finger movement. No reason. Also please add a better feature for scanning the ID card.

I've booked a hotel in Salzburg, im already looking at booking one in Zurich because the app is so easy to use, makes everything so much easier. properties look amazing too for great prices

Terrible customer service experience. Giving same information to chatbots, then waiting for 1,5 hours for a real person to ask "How can I help?" and then disappear again 😭
