I don't think they have thought about their business properly. Their app is not good enough to support their business operations and their AI-based customer support ends up in connecting to human agents who are overly busy and apologising for slow response, and still not good at resolving the issues.

frustrating, app just goes to Profile page whenever I try to do anything, a search came back with error message. Clearing cache didn't sort, deleting and reloading app has sorted it

The overall idea is really good, and the hotel (yes I've tried it) is good value for the money. I really like the fact that you have members discounts and can check in whenever. The rooms are fresh as well. But the app. The slowest app ever created. I do not understand why it is so slow. And the map in the booking is just the most annoying map to use that ever was created. There is no reason to have two finger movement. No reason. Also please add a better feature for scanning the ID card.
