Absolutely pointless application. The device turns off automatically. Every time I try to check my weight I have to pair the application on the device. After pairing I have to not move and have the device turned on for 20 seconds. But the device itself shuts off automatically after 10 seconds so the pairing fails every single time. So what is even the use of this.

I had installed this app along with the company's weighing machine about 2 years ago and used it well. After a gap of time, I uninstalled the app. I installed it today again, and tried to log in but it is giving me the error 'Please try again after sometime'. Developers, kindly address my issue and provide a solution.

What is the point of the app if it does not even deliver OTP for login/create account. Have tried for over 2 days now. No alternative to register so basically have purchased a pricey weighing scale with zero support app. updated 19 Dec 2025 the issue is fixed. able to login and use the app. it is sleek, easy to use and information is handly available. minor irritant is the push for the paid plans, but understandable as they are trying to monetize. maybe offer free trial for the plans.
