The app auto-updates constantly & is buggy at times. I love that you don't have to Clock-In & Out for your shifts, just submit an After Shift Report & facility will approve it. Please don't ever get rid of that feature! Shift filters suck though. There's no way to filter out specific shift times (AM, PM, NOC) & it just filters by distance, nurse speciality & day. The newest app update (March 20) is horrible. Have to LogIn in every single time to view anything, no option to Remember login.

This app is a waste of time. I've had this app for 3 years, had requested shifts with them and the facilities don't ever accept your request. This has happened every time of me requesting to work, it's pointless to reach to the facility because they don't return calls or apparently don't know how to answer the when calling. The Landmark facility in Midwest city is one of the places I am speaking about. What a waste..

It needs constant updating. The filters don't save for every shift. We don't have the ability to sort by date..which is an extremely basic feature. Instead of using app, I had to put the actual website as a bookmark I save to home screen, and use it like that. The app will shut down and fail constantly. The only thing keeping me with nursa is some shifts pay more. But really nursa, why did you get in the game without having all your ducks in a row first? Clipboard is still the most user friendly

What's new

- Med Aide License Type: added new Med Aide License Type for NJ, OH, OK, TX, VA, RI, and ME. Now, our facilities can request clinicians for Med Aide shifts, and Med Aide clinicians can join our platform and get posted to those shifts.
- Fixed a bug where default shift times were shown instead of facility user-applied custom shift times.
- Improved communication regarding facility-required breaks in shift request and shift scheduled confirmation screens.
- Released a new password reset flow.
