There are a couple issuew with this app, the first is that when you open it there is no logical way to get to your account. I have to press the information icon at the veey bottom left and then work backwards to sign into my account. The second is this app is SLOW. I cant pay my bill on the app because it just sits there and spins so i end up having to use the website anyway... I have an android phone so maybe it works better with iphones but I dont know.

Since there are So Many people disappointed in this app, maybe someone over there at NW Nat can add a user-friendly way for customers to access their accounts and pay their bills, as well as read up on all the great safety info. After rummaging around in here for awhile, I did stumble on a way to pay my bill, but the following month I couldn't find it again. You can go through their website, but I was hoping this would be more convenient. Boy was I wrong.

This should really be an app that a person can use to pay their bill and check their account becuse it would make more semse then just on how to call gas line for smelling gas. Its really juat a useless app.
