Ratings and reviews

Just installed, added 1 account, received an error when trying to add others. It won't send the confirmation message via text and using the mobile option produces an error. Kind of hard to assess when basic features can't work. So reading Nwc responses to similar complaints, I see where the "geniuses" at Nwc have decided to use only the phone numbers and emails on file to send the otp messages to. Some of that information is decades old for most people, and most are not even used anymore.

This app was doing well until a few months ago. Still showing the same balance (-599.00) and even showing no water used for 2 months. I had to call NWC to find out my actual financial standing with them.....there was a balance!!!!. They could've disconnected my service with misleading information on the app. I hardly stay at the house where that account is.....so I was really confused. Don't follow the app's info unless they fix it!!!!!!

Why can't i download my bill? This app is not efficient and challenging to use. It is limited. I have registered for e- ill. I no longer get bills by email but rather a notice that a bill has been added but i cant access it. I just want my bill. Is that too much to ask?
