Why can't i download my bill? This app is not efficient and challenging to use. It is limited. I have registered for e- ill. I no longer get bills by email but rather a notice that a bill has been added but i cant access it. I just want my bill. Is that too much to ask?

This app is terrible.. Download it from the Google store and it was working.. Now when I opened it I am getting a security warning saying that the app credibility failed. That it has been tampered with or modified. So what you have now is that the Web Nwc ipay nor the mobile app does not work. It means that you will have to find an indirect alternative to pay your bill and for a cost.

I uninstalled the old app as advised by the NWC and installed the new version. I had no errors logging in and the correct data is being presented. I hope that all the bugs have been fixed, but I won't know until I try to pay next month's bill.
