Ratings and reviews

In my opinion, this is a one dimensional app and is one of the worst apps ever. By one dimensional I mean that it's mainly good for one thing which is to pay a bill. Don't try doing anything else with. For example, on a Wednesday, I used the app to report a water meter leak. Nothing happened other than the status changing to pending. By the next Monday I had to visit the Portmore office to report the leak again because I didn't want J$100k water bill. It's a rubbish app!

I wish we get information on water lock off, maintenance, restoration and other valid information on the app and agents we can call etc etc....just sign up tho.

Why do you insist on torturing us? I have a device running Android 9 and version 1.0.15 of the NWC app. On opening the app today it prompted me to update to latest version, so I click ok whereupon it takes me to the Play Store where it says the app is no longer compatible with my device. Turns out the latest update requires an arm64 device. So just like that I can no longer login to check my account. For God's sake why do you deliberately make things so difficult for your customers?
