used to be great, but with the latest app after logging in it just loads forever and is unresponsive. the web flow also throw a php error when trying to schedule an inspection.

One more bureacratic challkenge. I think there are those at the building department that don't have much to do other than to create further challenges for homeowners, architects, engineers and contractors. I submit that many, many people are not taking out permits because of all the forms, policies, procedures, fees, limited help

I attemptedto use this app to schedule an inspection. I tried multiple dates and each time it told me the inspection could not be scheduled through the app and to instead call the building department.
