I reinstalled the app, thinking that a latest update would resolve the issue which states that my device is "offline" when it is not. But the issue persists and it shows the rate on the date the app is/was installed/reinstalled. However, if I click for more information, the current day's rate would appear in a separate window. It looks like the most current version of the app on Google Play Store has not been updated since 4 Feb 2025. What's (not) going on, App Developer?

App not working correctly, error message: "You are offline. Rates from:........." Been like this for a while, loads of negative feedback....you need to read these and fix the problem at long last!!!! Waited and waited and still no fix to problem!!! Obvious developer has no plans to fix this common issue or are just not bothered!!! Uninstalled now and looking for another app to replace!!!

All this while the app was operating perfectly. However after the changes whenever I try to open the app I get a message "You're offline" due to which I am unable to operate the app. I even tried to reinstall the app but with the same result. This is confusing as all the other apps are working well. Due to this I uninstall this app and switched to another app.
