Very disappointed with the below par customer service. This is absolutely not expected from a venture - established by one of the country's largest business conglomerates. I topped up using my card about 15 days ago and still not added to my account. Called them several times... They tell me - we are getting back soon - they never get back. Bank infomed me they already settled the payment - means they have taken it! Edit: Arter repeated requests, they settled the problem and gave discounts!

Terrible service. I had my fixed home location. when I called obhai for my home address they showed a reasonable price. But after reaching the app shows double fare. I contacted their support centre and they said that they can't do anything due to the poor optimization app showed wrong location for fare offerings. While uber gives a refund point policy for these kinds of mistakes but obhai don't.

Terrible app. Takes a lot of time to assign a driver. Sometimes there's no response at all even after waiting for several minutes. Then there's this thing called obhai miles; i didnt have any of this so i wasn’t able to get a driver because i needed sufficient amount of it! I tried to change the payment method but it didn't work! Just terrible.
