The app compels passengers to pay automatically from their accounts, without giving any option to pay by other means. Drivers take advantage of this and initiate trips without picking passengers up, thus cheating passengers out of their money. Vehicle registration numbers do not match those appearing in the app. The customer care number given in the app does not ring at all.

I'm so frustrated with all these issues. Sometimes I can't pay digitally after a ride, and I can't even save more than two addresses as favorites. This is seriously one of the worst ride-sharing apps ever.

Very disappointed with the below par customer service. This is absolutely not expected from a venture - established by one of the country's largest business conglomerates. I topped up using my card about 15 days ago and still not added to my account. Called them several times... They tell me - we are getting back soon - they never get back. Bank infomed me they already settled the payment - means they have taken it! Edit: Arter repeated requests, they settled the problem and gave discounts!
