After updat in Oct 2025 the basket button sits at the bottom below my phones home, back buttons. it is impossible to press it to view the basket and, therefore, place the order. there is no other way to access the basket, as it is not in the menu. so to place the order I had to switch settings of my phone from buttons to gestures. i did it once, but i would never do it again as it is majorly inconvenient. The story of how Product killed sales just because they made placing order impossible

Very bad interaction with needing to switch from this app to the banking app for payment confirmation - the Zoom Ocado app loses its context, and restarts the confirmation process, trapping me in a loop of anger.

Good selection of groceries available. Lots of offers. App works really well and as it should. edit. Not able to access my basket thus shop, this was directly after receiving a text for £5 off first whatever customers... I didn't request this, it just stopped working at that point. Not filling my basket from scratch, will shop elsewhere today
