Ratings and reviews

I love using this app. I use this app to give non-Ochsner medical providers access to my medication list, test results, and more. I appreciate having my list of appointments readily accessible. This minimizes the possibility of me or anyone at an Ochsner facility double-booking me. Maybe a tab on the medication page would make the allergy list more accessible. Another suggestion: after adding an appointment to my calendar, a change in the color of the button would be helpful.

The iHealth app worked with all the devices they had me buy. This app works with NONE of them. What in the world is going on. I have a BP Cuff that they recommended but it isn't even a choice on this app. The digital scale isn't listed, the activity monitor (watch) isn't listed, the Pulse Oximeter isn't listed, so on and so forth. What a joke they played on everyone by changing from the IHealth app that worked to this wonderful dud. Why can't you stick to what you had us buy and what worked well

I use this app 1 or 2 times week to check my blood pressure reading which is connected to my clinic's portal where all of my doctors can check my readings. each time I try to open the app it tells me I have no Wi-Fi connection. when I check the Wi-Fi connection it says that I have an excellent connection. I'm able to do anything and everything else on Wi-Fi but not open this app without rebooting my phone. T-Mobile tech support was no help. would love any suggestions about what's causing this
