EDIT: After experiencing their services for sometime, I can now advise that their customer service is slow, robotic and not at all understanding. Very unfortunate. I simply wanted to undo accidental cancellation to not lose package credit but fortunately even such a simple thing was not accommodated and they do not answer phone.

I cannot rate the biker! The application keeps crashing.

This app feels like a scam. I'm trying to get a car wash for more than a week now. But every day I check, there are no bikers available, even in different locations. Also, there is a limited time in which you can utilize the washes, after which they will expire. There is no way to contact cutomer care also. They take your money and don't let you avail the service.
