Terrible customer service. Well, more specifically very unfriendly and very unhelpful. The app is going away, so if you are looking for both web and an app based solution, this is not something to take time to set up. The pricing, although says free, is misleading. To use any of the features the cost starts over $20 per user per month, per service. Example, "Sales" is one service, "Projects" is one service. For a small business trying to grow, the pricing is unattainable.

Extremely bad App., the team are only thinking financially, they need only their money, service for them is nothing, they will take the money and charge you more and more, training hours, training money, they will suck your blood as me finally if you don't pay due to their bad service they will block you Choose another better app

We regret moving to this platform. While support does respond, the team is based in a completely different region, so every reply takes 20–48 hours. That delay turns even simple issues into multi‑week back‑and‑forth exchanges. In our case, something that should take less than 5 minutes on a quick video conference is still unresolved for weeks. It’s incredibly frustrating to be stuck with a company that provides such poor support. I would not recommend them at all this point.
