Vault is a fully offline password manager. Every password, username, and
note you save is encrypted directly on your device — there's no account,
no cloud sync, and no server that could ever be breached, because there
isn't one.
Why Vault:
• Real encryption — AES-256-GCM protects every entry individually, with
a fresh random encryption key for each field.
• Strong key derivation — your master password is stretched using
Argon2id, the same algorithm trusted by security researchers to resist
brute-force attacks.
• Biometric unlock — unlock with fingerprint or face recognition. Your
vault key is stored in your device's hardware-backed secure keystore,
and the operating system itself enforces the biometric check.
• Never locked out — if you forget your master password, a private
16-word recovery phrase (created once, shown only to you) lets you
reset it without losing your data.
• Encrypted backups — export an encrypted backup file anytime, and
restore it on a new device or after a reinstall.
• Built-in protections — auto-lock after inactivity, brute-force
lockout after repeated failed attempts, and clipboard auto-clear after
copying a password.
• No ads. No analytics. No tracking. Vault has no internet permission
at all — it is physically incapable of sending your data anywhere.
• Hebrew, English, and Russian — full right-to-left support for Hebrew.
