Worst experience using your app. Mentioning some major issues: 1. Transaction history should be listed from most recent to oldest. Oldest to latest order is very irritating and makes no sense! 2. Also why transactions from the past twenty four hours don't appear in the transaction history? 3. Have to enter payee details again and again every time as they are not saved automatically

I'm experiencing issues with the QR code functionality when selecting it from the gallery. Additionally, the previous transition isn't being stored, requiring me to rewrite the complete account number each time. These problems are making the user experience less convenient.

What a Bakwas App is this! Whenever I try to Logon my account always blocked despite entering Valid credentials, I required to call on helpline to get active my account. This happen hundreds time with me, I've called and complained again and again but nothing done. I've even used clearing cache/storage before using but still it doesn't work. This service fed up me. I'm surprised how much careless the Bank app can be.. Fix it ASAP, otherwise I'll be no option then to switch my A/C to other Bank.
