If you heavily depend on online transactions through the BAHL mobile app, it may not be the most suitable option. In my experience with this app, it stands out as the slowest banking app I've encountered. The loading times for various features are consistently sluggish, making the overall user experience during money transfers and bill payments quite frustrating. Additionally, I encountered difficulties when trying to pay a bill directly, as the app lacked helpful messages.

BAHL is not suitable at all if you heavily rely on online transactions through their mobile app. I've been using this app for some time now and hands down it's the slowest banking app I've ever come across. Everything loads slowly. User experience while transferring money and paying bills is also the worst. I was unable to pay a bill directly without having to add a payee to my account first, and it took me a while to figure it out because the app did not show any helpful messages.

This is the worst banking apps of all that I've used. The interface is like an incomplete beginner's android app project. They add new features without even testing. I've always failed to do a transaction when it is urgent. OTP service is too slow. The only thing they are good at is to send you "DOWNTIME NOTIFICATIONS" like everyday.
