Fix your app, every single time its asking me for the account number and it's last 3 digits, it won't allow me to press on the boxes and fill it in. What's the point of updating the app if you're gonna break it?

Very poor experience with the security service. AI is evolving rapidly, yet these applications are far from user-friendly. Even genuine users are unable to complete their transactions smoothly, either through the app or online. The system takes more than an hour just to load data, and users are forced to tap repeatedly to proceed. This causes unnecessary frustration and delays, making the entire experience inefficient and unacceptable.
