Worst service, worst security, worst app, worst bank. One time otp came to my old mobile number. Another transaction otp comes to my new mobile nember. If I ask they are telling it's a system error. They are telling me to go to bank and update my new number. They doesn't know the consequences... In gulf bank security is very very risk. Same like one of my friend not doing any transaction. Around 600kd debited from his account through online unauthorized transaction.. 500words not enough....

when ever I update the app, it forgets my biometrics and wants me to remember again the password. unbelievably annoying.

Good day, biometrics in the application was removed for security reasons and if you forget the password then you have to reset the password in the application for more inquiries you can call our contact center. Thank you
