About this app

VIAOGA Driver is the app your delivery drivers use on the road. It shows the day's route, records what happened at each door, and puts it in front of the dispatcher as it happens.

Built for businesses delivering to shops, restaurants and hotels — fresh produce, groceries and packaged goods — where a driver visits a customer once and hands over several orders at the same door.

YOUR DAY, IN ORDER
• Every stop for the day in sequence, with the customer, the address and what is being delivered
• One card per address, not per parcel — four orders for one shop is one visit, not four
• Search your stops by customer or address, or filter to what is still outstanding
• A route left unfinished stays your current day until you close it, so nothing is quietly dropped

AT THE DOOR
• Mark arrival and departure with one tap
• See every item on every order, with quantities and prices
• Take a photo as proof of delivery, add a note, capture a signature
• Refuse individual items with a reason and a photo when a customer sends part of an order back
• Cancel an order that could not be delivered, with the reason recorded against it

TAKING PAYMENT
• Collect cash and record it against each order
• Show a UPI QR the customer scans with their own phone — no card details are ever typed into the driver's device
• One payment at a door is split across the orders behind it, so each order shows what settled it
• Deposit collected cash with a photo of the slip, and see your running balance

WHAT THE OFFICE SEES
Everything recorded on the phone appears on the VIAOGA dispatch board — arrivals, departures, proof photos, return reasons, cancellations and payments — with no paperwork to hand in at the end of the day.

REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT
VIAOGA Driver is used by staff of businesses that subscribe to VIAOGA. Your employer provides your sign-in. The app cannot be used without one.
