OkieNerd is friendly tech help for real people in Lawton and southwest Oklahoma. No jargon, no judgment, no talking down to you. When your computer, phone, tablet, printer, or wifi is giving you grief, you can book a nerd right from your phone and we will come to you or help by phone or WhatsApp.

What your membership includes every year:
• One remote help session, by phone or WhatsApp, at no extra charge.
• One in-person visit to your home, at no extra charge.
• 20% off the labor on any visit after that.
• A courtesy text line for quick questions, so you are never stuck wondering.

Booking takes a couple of taps. Tell us what is going on, pick a time that works, and choose how we connect. We send a reminder and reach out right on time. Your included visits and member savings are tracked for you in the app.

Who it is for: Folks who want patient, friendly help from a real person who knows them, not a call center. We are especially glad to help parents, grandparents, and anyone who would rather not wrestle with technology alone.

Where we help: Remote help is available anywhere by phone or WhatsApp. In-person visits cover Lawton, Fort Sill, and surrounding communities within about 75 miles, including Cache, Elgin, Duncan, Apache, and Medicine Park. The 25 to 75 mile zone adds a small travel charge per visit.
