Most third class app I hv ever seen. Every time you open the app and found a new problem on that. You can't track your car, showing an error message. Also if your car in a trip, sometimes it shows the route and end point and most of the time it didn't show you, you feel confused whether the trip already started or driver in pickup. Fix those all bugs.

Most worse app. App is very slow and many useful features are not available which available in uber fleet. Driver performance doesn't update on real time basis. Live location is very confusing and there is not any car symbol. No feedback / complaint/ suggestion option available where we can share our concern. Trip details are not available in dashboard. There should be a customer care number where we can directly communicate with an agent for any issue.

I can't see where is drop location when driver is on booking, Some time in morning only seen after that all time it's can't be work. Update your application and add drop location of driver. Because it is very important to car owner.
