WorkPilot helps employees and employers document working hours in accordance with German working-time regulations – and gives you a clean, ready-to-submit timesheet whenever you need it. Fully offline. No registration, no account, no cloud. 100 % GDPR-compliant.
Work time log for your employer
Log start, end and break for each work block. Multiple blocks per day supported – ideal for flexible office hours and trust-based schedules. At month end, export your timesheet as PDF or CSV – ready to hand to HR or your tax advisor.
Flex-time balance at a glance
Always know your flex-time balance. Configurable daily and weekly targets, even for part-time schedules. Overtime and deficit shown at a glance. Annual trend chart in the Statistics tab.
Labor law alerts
Automatic warnings for violations of German working time law: 10-hour maximum (§ 3), mandatory breaks after 6h / 9h (§ 4), 11-hour rest period (§ 5). Home-office rule configurable.
