My pup and I both love Ollie so much, but I am unable to sign into the app. it gets stuck on the loading screen. have deleted app and redownloaded multiple times on both android and iOS and still have the issue. The issue has been happening for about 3 or 4 days now, I think there may be an issue with the connection to the server (specifically the shopify SSO login)

Update A massive amount of good food arrived, but portion instructions were somewhat buried in the app. I complained and got an immediate response pointing me in the right direction. The other interactive aspects look very helpful to getting my dogs weight under control. I expect to upgrade my rating again in time.

The back button and option to include my dog's breed do not work no matter how many times I tap it. Everything else is totally functioning fine. App layout is also user friendly, just please fix that back button!
