Ratings and reviews

App does not allow you to use your rewards. I have $27 worth of awards including birthday rewards and cannot use them. I had a store manager sent an email to 3rd party because he couldn't figure out what was going on. He saw the rewards as well as my order history but was unable to apply my rewards.

Would be awesome if you could add certain items a la carte, such as; waffle and tenders. In addition, would be great if there's an option for customer to make special request on order being placed. Apart from that, Love Egg n Bird over Chick fil A, Raising Cane's, and others any day!!!.

The application is slower than expected. The times between placing the order and the restaurant receiving it is extremely large leaving a lot of back and forth with the actual restaurant.
