I have been eating Foosacklys since they had their first location in Mobile, and I'm super glad they have an app now. My only gripes are that I wish they had a reward system like cfa (I'm sure they're working on this). And for the app developers, once you start an order and proceed to checkout, the back arrow stops working and won't allow you to go back to the main menu. I'm running Android 11

Total miss on this visit. usually pretty good but I had to wait an extra 25 minutes for my order to be brought to the car and I didn't get part of my order. not to mention that the tenders were much smaller than usual. needless to mention I am not a happy camper right now. so I tried to call the store and they wouldn't pick up the phone. there was a message to leave them a message and they would call me back. that is not acceptable which leaves me no choice but to leave this review.

This is the forth time I clicked on the "im here" button from the confirmation email and it did npt go through. Food was sitting for a while because the store didn't get the notification. Defeats the whole purpose of curbside service. FIX YOUR APP!
