App would freeze up on launch and remain on the logo screen indefinitely. After a reinstall I was able to get to the login screen, only for it to not recognize my info without any failure notification. No telling me the account doesn't exist, password was wrong, or anything. It just wouldn't move forward past the login screen. Awful app.

Not a good experience this time. I ordered online to be ready asap, (10mins) arrived and waited 12 more extra minutes(22 minutes total)in the drive thru without anyone even coming to the window. Received my food and got the wrong fries, the au jus was a dark color, almost like tar and the beef itself was very mushy. I was not satisfied this time, maybe next time.

Since you guys have done your most recent update l can't access anything but the home screen. I hit a button & the app crashes. (Edit) I've been waiting for at least 2 weeks for a fix for the crashing. Corporate office says they are referring my emails to the developers. I'm getting the impression that the developer only wants $$$ from their clients, they don't care about the end users. Update: I'm going to be going to Google or BBB for help.
