I love the place but man this app makes it hard to want to continue going there. I went recently and ended up paying more than I wanted to because my signup 1000 points didnt work with an error saying " error validating cart", which made me pay for it instead of getting the free drink I was eligible for. then the coupon for 2 bucks off wasn't able to be applied as well 🫤. very frustrating app that only seems to work when you spend extra money, with none of the benefits ever truly working. scam

came for free acai bowl with app. I'm new with the app and as a senior has issues with the site. would not pop.up right away due to me signing up day before. but the girl was over whelmed and had no time to help. came back next day. as free app showed up I had issues. same girl working alone finally helped me figure it out. definitely need 2 girls
