Ratings and reviews

I tried to place an order but the charge didn't go through. I fixed the mistake on my card & tried again but it deleted all of the food in my cart so I had to start over. When playing an order it automatically adds a tip. Why should I add a tip? My food is already expensive enough and there is no additional service. 1 Star

2 times now that the location switches while I'm ordering to another cupbop that is 50+ miles away. The app is also very unreliable for applying rewards.

Constantly getting "Error validating basket" when trying to checkout. Not sure if it has anything to do with it but it is a pickup order for billings
