Ratings and reviews

This is a review on the app, not the food. the app is difficult to use. The buttons to select between order, menu, home, etc are small and not intuitive. When ordering food, if I click to open something and try to go back to the last screen, the x button doesn't work. Instead a little notification pops up that says cancel and go back. Again, not intuitive. When placing special instructions I had very little characters to write with. It was also confusing to pick what location I was ordering from

shining example of why it's better to just not have a website/app. app is slow, deals/offers are never up to date/gift cards won't apply/constantly fails at accepting payment/menu is never up to date. by the time I get my food it's hard to enjoy it because I had wasted hours with the garbage app. edit: won't even let me delete my account. literally a crime.

Absolutely ridiculous I need Google play store installed in order to use this app every time I open it. Fix this garbage. Why does my app literally NEVER show Krunch bop as an option? I have to drive all the way to the store and place my order because I can't do it with the mobile app.
