Don't care for app. Doesn't allow you to ask them to double wrap priduct. I put in time to pick up and it came back to change time which made me go back to original screen of ordering. Then it gave me time for pick up which is when I originally wanted to pick it up. Very confusing. I'll probably go back to just showing up and ordering. This app needs to be updated because you can't order what you want. Very confusing to use. Will have to call in to get what I want. If give it a 1 star

App is incredibly buggy and slow. The UI is incredibly simple, but unprofessional. Concerning that devs aren't listening to the thousands of reviews saying the same thing. This compared to your competitors is embarrassing and I'd advise that you pay a little extra attention to it. Inputting payment method was a pain since it doesn't automatically convert digital wallet information into the format they want and also doesn't notify you until you go to submit your order. I have a lot more feedback.

Sometimes the app will allow you to get an order placed in under 10 minutes, but that's on a good day. Most of the time the app is so slow that it can take 20 - 30 minutes to get an order in, especially if you are getting multiple pizzas or customizing one. Every screen responds really slow, and by the time you get to the part to enter your payment it's at a crawl. It then makes it almost impossible to get all of the information in. It really needs an update with bug fixes and improvements.
