Can't seem to find locations. When it does and I try to pick one it says no location found. When you select curbside it doesn't provide lists of car makes and models. You can't even see the menus until you pick a store so if I want to call it in instead I don't have a menu. It wants to track my location all the time even when not using the app, which is out of the question. Great pizza, horrible horrible app

This app experience is so much better and easier than the Domino's experience. Texted coupon codes work in both the app and on the website. (That's different from Domino's). Notifications from Papa Murphy's work, and I don't have to leave the app open to watch some stupid tracker. The only upsell for extras occurs at the end of the transaction during the checkout. There are no problems when switching from Wi-Fi to data with the app open. It's a simple and clean interface that just works.

App is very difficult to use. Difficult to move from one screen to the next, directions are not obvious or intuitive or simple. I could not enter the time I wanted to pick up the pizza; the closest I could get was 45 minutes before I actually wanted to pick it up. I could not switch easily from rewards to coupon; there was no obvious way to do that, l had to go back and forth 5 or 6 times before finding the right touch. This app needs a lot of work to be customer friendly.
