Ratings and reviews

Two things that are infuriating about this app: - The fact that the search bad is very unoptimized/inflexible. If you don't type the exact name of the item you need, you won't get anything in your search. This is a very easy fix. Have your backend devs take 1 minute to look into it. - The way feedback/reviews are handled is just rough. I keep trying to review someone's account. They keep rejecting and refusing to post it saying it's false or doesn't describe the interaction properly.

Honestly, my experience with Jiji hasn’t been good. I’ve noticed they only seem to boost your ads when they’re about to expire. They keep calling me to upgrade to attract more buyers, even when my promotion hasn’t finished. After paying, nothing really changes. Then when it’s time to renew, the calls start again. I had to block the number because of the constant pressure. It’s frustrating to spend money and see little to no buyer interest.

This app is limited... They give you limited access to free posts for sometime. Afterward, they will take down your ads. My ads don't go far until they need to use my ad to boost others from joining their app. When I paid for my goods to be exposed to potential customers, my ad didn't go far. I didn't receive any client. They later sent a notice that I should make another payment to upgrade. That's when I lost interest in using the app.
