NeoRhythm is the first brainwave entrainment device with a multi-coil structure and gesture controls, which makes it one of the most user-friendly PEMF devices on the market. To those complaining about the app disconnecting while in use... don't worry. Once a program has been started with the device, the app is not needed anymore until a new program needs to be started. And you can repeat the same program by double tapping on the square control module with the green blinking light, without needing your phone or the app. So if your phone disconnects from the device while it's already running, the program will continue. I really like this device and app a lot.

Feedback: It is inexcusable to have a device that, if you want to connect to it, you need to uninstall and reinstall the app. First month of ownership, no issues. Then inexplicably, the device wouldn't connect. Tried clearing cache and data to no avail. Now has to be uninstalled every couple of weeks. Suggestion: Work with customers who are willing to provide data from their device and phone/tablet to ID if it is an app issue or device BT issue and, well, fix it! Also battery ALWAYS reads 100%??

Amazingly valuable. Fantastic for meditation, calming down, focusing and pain relief. I use this 2-4x per day and almost always take it with me when heading out. So much better than supplements. Tech stuff is easy. If it ever glitches (like once a week if I walk far enough away from my phone), a tap-off-tap-on cycle solves everything. Usually not needed if turned on after use which is ideal for battery of any device rly
