They are 100% scammers. When I reached out for claim, first the system was not accepting the claim stating stupid reasons. So the app makes it difficult for you to raise a claim. When I contacted the customer care, they directed me to raise a claim. Post that they said for the insurance or 3000, they will pay only 1200 as the device is depreciated. Then why sell a policy of worth 3000 in the first place. Post that they rejected claim mentioning I reported issue 3 days later. don't trust them.

Unfair claim rejection. My laptop had a display issue (black lines). After inspection, a repair estimate was provided, but later the claim was denied citing dents. The dents were not present when I handed over the device. No technical proof was given linking the dents to the issue. Very disappointing service.

Do not waste your hard earned money on there pathetic service, they are not providing any comprehensive warranty, just one service and one gas filling that's it. do not fall for the trap of word "comprehensive" I have used other warranty services as well from different providers they provide complete protection, everything is included. one assist is a cheater, do not trust them, don't buy any plan form them. I am a lawyer and I am going to consumer court against them.
