Absolutely hate OneAssist. I already paid OneAssist for an extended warranty for 3 ACs. I have never faced so many issues with any support service. There is no human complaint number when their technician makes a fool out of you. I don't even have more words to add more complaints to this review. Simply not worth it. They have a 3.9 rating on the App Store, but they boast of a 4.5 rating on their app from both Google and Amazon, both must be less than 4.0 Never even consider buying.

No response from customer and technician after raising complaints multiple times. and not solving TELIVISION issues by techinicins from uppal branch and getting delayed regularly from a period of month and technician is not responding to calls... when techinicins and customer care are not responding and reverted on to customer there is no use of this one assist application.. its just wasting time to approach customer care. issue has resolved with the help from barathi escalation team'. Tq

My TV had a black round spot on display but my TV was working absolutely fine the service person comes and opens my TV to check the issue but when he fitted my TV back again the panels were not locked properly it was open from many sides but he said anyhow your display will be changed in insurance and now my TV is not working. Very bad service and no one cares to take any action against this. My TV is dead now though it was insured. The link you have given below is not working. One more Scam.
