Disappointed with the claim settlement. My TV was declared Beyond Economical Repair, but instead of fixing it or offering an equivalent replacement, I am being forced into a low monetary settlement. The approved payout amount doesn't even match the correct depreciation calculation based on my invoice value, and it's impossible to buy a similar TV with the same features in the market for this amount. Very poor experience with the one assist.

Worst service. Even after paying for insurance, we still have to pay an additional 5% of the mobile's total cost. They take at least 3 weeks to complete repairs, even for small issues. Their usual response is that the required parts are not available. In total, I paid around ₹4,500 for a screen damage repair. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service to others. we can do it local shops with in 2 hours with a same cost

Scam!! They won't let you resubmit the documents after 2 wrong attempts and reject the claim. After requesting, they gave another chance reject the claim again and told me that why did you not tell us before that's why even the warranty still exist actually just started and also told me to go to the service centre for this issue[ charging case of earbuds has stopped charging]. The women on the call was rude while saying this. Scamming the customers.
