I purchased a 3-year AC service membership from OneAssist, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. After the first repair, I raised 4–5 service requests for ongoing issues, but none of them were properly resolved. Requests were repeatedly closed from their side without actually fixing the problem, with false remarks like “customer not available” or “unable to contact,” even though I was available at home every time. I do receive calls, but no technician ever shows up. This kind of

🚫🚫🚫 BAN THIS APP 🚫🚫🚫 It's completely a fraud company. I raised a complaint for a Bluetooth earbuds and mistakenly typed the wrong date and there is no option for edit, before final submission except date was editable. Then, they told me that only one time you can make a request. I have not submitted final, and wanted to edit before final submission but no option for modification. don't buy any plan and flipkart needs to Ban oneAssist in India any anywhere.

My experience with OneAssist has been very disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing their service. I have been a customer for around 10 years, and while the service was reasonably good a few years ago, my experience over the last one year has been extremely poor. Whenever I have raised a claim for after-purchase/service support, it has often been rejected without even a proper inspection or visit, citing reasons such as “not covered under the policy” or “customer demand is beyond policy".
