Absolute worst. First of all when I tried to avail the warrenty they just straight up refused repair and went to reimbersment. I tried doing that, the cost of my headphones was 6000 and the final amount they would reimburse was 3099. I applied for it and they called me and refused the reimbursement as well. they are just running a scam or something. don't go for it. don't give your extra hard earned money to such scammers.

Extremely poor experience with OneAssist. Think carefully before choosing this service. I bought an extended warranty for my refrigerator, but the experience has been very disappointing. My request has been pending for days with no progress — only apologies and no action. Parts are sourced only after a request is raised, causing delays of 3+ weeks for an essential appliance. Completely unacceptable. Big gap between what is promised and what is delivered. Will not use OneAssist again.

Worst service experience. My TV repair request was inspected and then suddenly rejected with a vague reason (“SI limit exhausted / membership inactive”)—no clear explanation, no transparency. Customer care is the worst—unhelpful and unresponsive. Somehow they find reasons to reject the insurance claim every time. Completely unreliable after-sales support. Not recommended.
