The technician Shaneer was very rude and arrogant. He never came to my house to check what was the problem with the soundbar. He just called and investigated the problem. Then he ordered the wrong parts himself. When I called and asked about the situation, he spoke very rudely. After that, I complained to the customer care then another technician came and found out the problem. He ordered the necessary parts. They took almost two months to fix the problem. Totally disappointed with the service.

Very worst experience, unable to reach customer support executive. the chatbot is very pathetic to handle shows same options and close the chat instantly. I am trying to claim the sony ear buds issue it got rejected instantly. *** WASTE OF MONEY *** Never ever buy any plan in One assist. @oneassist team, if you are reverting back in the review, and really care about the customer, do call back and resolve my issue, the same email id is used in one assist registration.

These people simply reject claims without a valid reason. I bought four bluetooth headsets, bought extended warranty for all the devices on Amazon, they rejected the first claim saying I should inform them within some hours (is it possible practically?). For 2nd device they cannot find it in their system (wonderful system). No response for the email sent. I regret purchasing extended warranty from oneassist. UPDATE: THEY CALLED AND ASKED ME TO RECLAIM, ONLY TO REJECT ONCE AGAIN. DONT TRUST THEM.
