⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a good experience with OneAssist overall. Initially, they did ask for quite a lot of details and documentation, which felt a bit overwhelming. But once everything was submitted and approved, the claim amount was processed almost instantly. The quick payout definitely made up for the long questionnaire. In the end, they stood by their policy and delivered, so I’m satisfied with the service.

⭐ 1 Star – My claim with One Assist was unfairly rejected solely because the device was once replaced by the brand, even though it was genuine and under official warranty. Terms were unclear, all documents were submitted, yet the claim was denied. This is misleading, a clear deficiency in service, and shows lack of transparency. I will be filing a consumer complaint. Not recommended due to unreliable claim settlement.

Never purchase an insurance policy from One Assist. It's been more than a month since I filed a complaint, but my Kodak TV still hasn't been repaired. I'm not receiving any help from One Assist; they keep giving me one date after another, and I'm not getting any solution from them.
