Very bad experience. Misleading information provided by them. While booking, they showed very minimal price for my destination and said cost will be just one way. After i paid down-payment, they called that no driver is ready to drive for so cheap. Why do you put these prices then? I agreed to go on a higher amount, yet there was no response. Each time i had to call them a & except 1 employee of their's who was kind enough to response, others never called back to confirm. They cancelled finally.

Very smooth booking process and the best part was the affordable rates. It offers you great prices compared to any existing cab booking app. The customer support is also excellent and regularly check whether you successfully boarded or not. The only thing which can be improved is if it shows the tracking of your live route in order to provide more security. I think it can be updated in future. Rest all is good 👍

Very poor communication with customer. No cabs available. Full on attitude. They don't reply you on time. They ask you to text on WhatsApp as that's their only means of communication. The contact number which they give will be always switched off, but if asked, they told me it's NETWORK ISSUE. after making me wait for 2 hours in airport, they just sent a message to cancel the booking, even though mistake was from their end. I can provide my entire booking details if anyone wants to check authent
