Very bad experience. Misleading information provided by them. While booking, they showed very minimal price for my destination and said cost will be just one way. After i paid down-payment, they called that no driver is ready to drive for so cheap. Why do you put these prices then? I agreed to go on a higher amount, yet there was no response. Each time i had to call them a & except 1 employee of their's who was kind enough to response, others never called back to confirm. They cancelled finally.

Not a reliable service! We had prebooked our cab and also paid the booking amount. But no cab showed up on the scheduled time. We tried contacting on the helpline, which was switched off. When we finally got connected the answer was Sorry we are overbooked. We had an urgent meeting to attend, but couldn't make it due to the delay. Can't trust this service is you are running on a schedule !

Extremely disappointing service. I booked my cab in advance for a scheduled pickup, but the cab was not provided on time. Despite several attempts, neither the driver nor customer support answered my calls. Instead of arranging another cab or resolving the issue, they asked me to cancel my own booking. This is highly unprofessional. Customers book in advance because they rely on timely service. Asking the customer to cancel due to your inability to provide on time
