Ratings and reviews

This app needs a lot of work and upgrades. It is lacking many essential features. Not very user friendly. ( And I have a paid membership. So far it's not worth any amount of money) sorry to report low rating, but needs much improvement. And I have also messaged many people, with one response - and then that one was deactivated ( looked like a typical scammer also- "widow" , " lived in another country", handsome pics, etc

It won't let you match or message people for free. It wants you to pay. It shows 1 Month - $32.99, 3 Months - $44.99, and 1 Year - $89.99...

I have been a member since 30th Nov 2023, the website is corrupted it needs upgrade as soon as possible. When I tryed to email customer service, no answer, very useless website and the dating app too. I have paid to be a member and I can't login or read my members messages at all. I am very discouraged and disappointed with this. Thanks.
