My Workspace helps you plan work without sending your life to the cloud. Create projects, organise tasks on boards, log time, add comments and checklists, and keep categories and statuses that match how you actually work. Everything is stored locally on your device, so your notes, tasks, and account stay private to you.

PRIVACY YOU CAN TRUST

There is no company database of your tasks behind this app. Your data lives in a local database on your Android device. We do not sync your workspace to our servers for storage. You stay in control: clear app data or uninstall to remove your information from the device (subject to your own backup settings). If you choose to email us through the Contact flow, that is a normal message you send from your mail app—it is not the app silently uploading your database.

WHAT THIS APP IS NOT (YET)

My Workspace is built for people who want simplicity and privacy. It does not offer multi-device cloud sync, team collaboration in the cloud, or a web dashboard. If you need the same data on several phones automatically, you will want a different product or a future version if we add optional sync.

WHO IS IT FOR

Students juggling assignments, freelancers managing clients, professionals tracking side projects, or anyone who wants a focused organiser without handing their task list to a third-party cloud.

REQUIREMENTS & UPDATES

You need a compatible Android device. We improve the app over time; install updates from Google Play for the latest fixes and features.
