Error occured while playing oomanji. I had to try several times to buy a 925mb package, and finally, I was able to buy the package, but it didn't unlocked the game level. So, what's the point of buying oomanji package? And this is not the first time I found this error. It happened to me once until recently. You just keep letting me down. Please take this problem seriously and fix it ASAP!

what a bad u9 app and u9 service I top up 5000 and open app to buy data pack but app not work correctly.more than 5 times to need open and close app to buy data pack in meanwhile it's reduce over 700 kyats for data use.What is ur service only app use only for buy pack your service reduce my balance over 700kyats.How ur service fix my lost

This app is totally inconvenient n cut off the bill when I top up for no reason. App has so many errors just like 'cant proceed your process, you don't have sufficient bill to buy packs even I top up recently blah blah, please wait a few minutes, and then my bill is reduced'. It's very disappointing for customers. please I request you guys that Check your app's working process.
