A tribute to the spring snow dial, rebuilt as a standalone Wear OS watch face. Three hands, a date window at 3 o'clock and the fan-shaped power reserve indicator at 8, over the textured dial that made this watch famous.

FOUR STYLES, TWO CHOICES
The dial is always the same. What changes is two things you choose in the watch face editor:
• SHADOW or FLAT: whether the hands cast a shadow onto the dial. Shadow gives it depth, flat keeps it clean
• DATA or NOT: whether the dial shows your heart rate and your step count under the date
That makes four styles: Shadow, Flat, Shadow + Data and Flat + Data. Switch between them whenever you like.

HEART RATE AND STEPS, READ FROM THE WATCH
The two figures are real readings, not decoration: your current heart rate and the steps you have walked today. The icons are the standard Android ones, so they match the rest of your watch. When there is no fresh heart rate reading, the face shows a dash instead of a number, because a zero would be a lie.

THE POWER RESERVE IS ALIVE, AND IT IS YOUR BATTERY
On the real watch that little fan tells you how much energy is left in the movement. Here it tells you how much is left in your watch: the pointer follows your battery from empty to full, sweeping the same printed scale. Same gesture, same meaning, and one glance tells you both the time and how long the day has left.

THE SECONDS HAND GLIDES
No ticking. The seconds hand sweeps as smoothly as the display allows, the way a Spring Drive does. It is the detail that gives this watch its character, and the first thing anyone who knows the brand looks for.

THE DIAL CATCHES THE LIGHT
The snow texture is the real thing, and a soft veil of light drifts across it as you move your wrist. Tilt the watch and the dial changes, like a textured dial does in real life.

• Always-On Display friendly: dial, date, power reserve, heart rate, steps and seconds hand all hide, leaving only the hour and minute hands on black, around 4.3% lit pixels against Play's 15% limit
• Standalone: no phone or companion app required
• Built with Watch Face Format for smooth performance and long battery life

NOTHING TO GRANT
You are not asked for any permission. Heart rate and steps are read by the Wear OS watch face runtime, not by this face, which carries no code of its own.

COMPATIBILITY
Wear OS 5 and later, round displays. No blend modes are used, so it is not limited to 5.1 and runs on a wider range of Wear OS 5 devices.
Note for dual-chip watches (OnePlus Watch 3 and similar): their Power Saver mode only runs the manufacturer's own built-in faces, so any third-party watch face works in Smart mode only and the watch will warn you when you apply it. That is how those watches are built.
