Horrible "solution" for a simple problem. Unfortunately, it is chosen by my apartment building to enter the parking garage. Cell phone signal is weak where they installed the reciever and I'm assuming No Bluetooth component was installed there. Tried everything, including multiple devices, operating systems, and cell phone carriers but nothing works. I contacted technical support multiple times myself and through the apartment office, but was only given general solutions that I already tried.

Our apartment complex installed these for our access control a few months ago. My main concerns: 1. It requires ALL the permissions. Its a privacy nightmare. 2. Perpetual notification if running in bkgd. Needed to not open app to enter. +2 stars if fixed 3. System loses network connectivity = locked out. This has happened twice at the main gate. Pros: Tap to enter is clever! Nice when hands are full Request: A widget to remotely open certain doors/gate from the home screen. +1 star if added

When trying to remote unlock most times it does not work you have to close the app out reopen it then try to remote unlock again also updates you have to drag down on your screen and manually refresh to get them to go through waving your hand over the sensor 99% of the time the first time it gives you a red light and denies access has to wait just a second and redo it second time it typically lets you in just annoying. Ubiquities entry app works much better slowly in the process of transitioning
