I don't even know where to begin. The developers need to come to our building and spend a day in our elevators. They have made it miserable for many people to access their own homes. I am a very tech savvy person, yes I have wifi, Bluetooth enabled and even proactively open the app before approaching any reader to ensure smooth operation and still have issues. I have seen people break down in anxiety trying to get home because the interface is not compatible with their phones. Please improve.

This app used to be reliable and a great solution, however over the past year the use of a phone to unlock doors is spotty at best. I have had multiple phones and they all have issues. The app states the system is offline or Bluetooth could not connect half the time. Support was little help and blamed our internet. Have a badge ready if you want to get in.

Spotty at best...my building just switched from physical fobs to this system and it has been chaotic. The Bluetooth function is not reliable and also significantly drains battery life. However, control from within the app requires internet access, which cuts out in our elevator shafts. Multiple residents including myself have been "riding the train with no return" up and down 30 floors while trying to be on time to work. Install was completed last Friday and the company hasn't been back to fix.
