About this app

THE BASICS:
1.⁠ ⁠Yummy and healthy recipes, using natural ingredients. No artificial sweeteners, etc.
2.⁠ ⁠I love to replace „bad“ ingredients of classic recipes - for example cane sugar or white flour - with more healthy alternatives. Therefore we can still eat dessert. But we get important nutrients, vitamins and minerals at the same time.
3.⁠ ⁠Quick & easy! I know, it’s not possible to spend hours in the kitchen every day.
4.⁠ ⁠All recipes are perfect for a fit lifestyle. Huge amounts of fats or sugar (alternatives) are therefore not part of the Pam app. It’s my job to have a flat tummy & toned thighs.. and that’s not even that hard!
5.⁠ ⁠Take responsibility! If you want to feel amazing, you have to know about what you eat, the quality of the ingredients and how your dish was prepared. You should not give the responsibility about your health to somebody else. That means: less processed foods, more homemade meals!

This is a really great app! Very asthetic and easy to navigate. It had a lot of good recipes and tips as well. Being able to add all the ingredients of a recipe to your shopping list is very convenient. My only suggestions would be to allow you to 1) Select any of the workout plans instead of just the 45 min one, 2) Check off the days in your workout plan, and 3) Change Celcius/Fahrenheit in the settings. Again, really nice app! 🙃

I like it! The recipes are good! However, I found it very tedious and troublesome to manually update the weekly new workout - it won't change it itself. so I don't think it's worthy if you want to keep track of your workout journey because it won't be saved either. Would give 5 stars if the workout plan refresh automatically each week and I don't have to set it again and again :(

I've downloaded and uninstalled so many fitness apps over the years. Always found Pamela & Natcha Oceane both being the staples of my information and workout routines. After a while of Pam's app being out, I decided I wanted a schedule in my life for her videos I do daily. This is THE. BEST. most SIMPLE app to do so. I love how it custom updates every single week with her plans, and you can choose through several of them. It's free, with no ads and I bought the subscription after just two days.
