Locks you out of your account if you enable biometric on your phone then access the web page on a computer. Fail to allow you to see your password WHILE CHANGING It, so if you're on a touch keyboard, you're stuck. The interface is poor at best. They prevented me from using previous passwords even though it was THEIR SCREWUP! Wouldn't allow several budget apps access. Update: Closed account for no reason and won't let me settle my account online but they sure submit bad reports

Avoid, if you have other options!! Like many others have stated, this card does help build credit. However, the app and company itself needs a major haul. I was locked out of my account (and still haven't been able to get into it) due to them needing to verify a payment made to my account (yes, payment, not charge). After several attempts at trying to rectify the situation by providing statements from my bank verifiying the payment, I decided to pay the balance off and stop using the card.

The app works decently, but I do have a few issues: limits how frequently you can make a payment on bill & knowing balance. It almost feels "scam like" that there is no function or employee that can help differentiate which items on your balance are on what billing cycle. After the minimum balance is hit, there is no way to tell the remaining balance on the current billing cycle. Even calling, employees were unable to help. This feels like they're intentionally wanting to collect on the interest
