I've been using Mini Pay for a while and always had a good experience, but I'm currently facing an issue. I made a transfer almost 6 days ago and it still hasn't reached the recipient. I've tried reaching out to support via email a few times, but I haven't received any reply yet. I understand delays happen, but I would really appreciate some clarity on what's going on with my transaction. A quick response or update from the team would mean a lot. Hoping this gets resolved soon.

The app is awesome. You log in daily and you receive your reward. When you deposit money in the app the agents are quick and they pay your money immediately. I am enjoying the app so far. only had it for about a week but they are paying daily as they said.

Great, Inventive and truly Lovely. Minipay is currently the one and only one of it's kind. But YOU NEED TO IMPROVE ON, OR REPLACE your documents verification system for Minipay Visa Card application. You guys rejected 4 valid documents: 1. International passport 2. voters Card 3. NiN slip 4. Digitally generated NIN Slip that I've used over and again for verifications on different international platforms/companies. And When you scan/snap the document, sumsub verification will reject them.

It’s important to have document verification work reliably—especially for Visa Card applications. Thanks for sharing the passport and NIN scan rejection details. Our team can review your case if you email minipay@support.opera.com with the rejected document types and what you see after scanning.
