Opinion Bureau is an online community for people who like to share their perspective on brands and related services. It empowers users’ voice and gives them an opportunity to participate in online surveys where they can share their opinion on products & services and earn rewards.

We register consumers’ opinion, process it in real time and share the analysed data with the researchers and market surveyors. We reward our members for their time.

It is an online consumer community created, owned and operated by Internet Research Bureau Pvt. Ltd. Opinion Bureau’s goal is to provide market researchers and companies with relevant and reliable market research data that can help brands provide better services to the consumers.

Your account will be verified as soon as you complete your 1st survey after activation. Once your account is verified, you would be eligible to receive relevant surveys in your mailbox. You can also search for live surveys under “Current Survey” section in your dashboard.

Our endeavour is to provide market researchers and companies with relevant, appropriate and authentic market research data that could help companies formulate robust and targeted marketing campaigns for their products and services. We believe that your honest and true opinion is the best method to assess the market scenario and to achieve this we reach out to you. We offer rewards to our members for their valuable time and feedback in online surveys. Once a survey is completed, our next step is to share the data with the researchers (without sharing your personal details) who analyse it and provide valuable insights to the companies.

I'm currently having a very bad experience with this app. I made a withdrawal on the 22nd of December 2025 and even now it keeps showing processing. Today is the 7 th of January I don't know how I feel about opinion seems like a scam to me according to them it takes 10 working days to process rewards

Just don't bother! I did a survey for them in 2023 and was supposed to get paid R125(redeemed it and never received it) then fast forward 2025 I'm waiting on my friend to finish her final exam(post grad) so I have time to spare, an email pops up inviting me to their survey and I'm like why not, it claims to pay R150 and lasts about an hour or more(which is crazy for that amount) anyways I do it(stupid I know😭) and to no surprise I haven't been paid(it's been 14 business days). I have sent email

45 days is much too long time to review reward points, I have 325 rupees total and withdrawable only 200? minimum threshold is 250. how long it's gonna take? 45 days?
